1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after full payment or deposit as stated in the booking invoice.
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified.
• The guest agrees to provide accurate personal details for booking and identification purposes.

2. Deposit and Cancellation

• A non-refundable deposit of -% is required to secure your booking.
• Cancellation made - days before arrival will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
• Cancellation within - days of arrival or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of -% of the total booking amount.
• Early departure or unused nights are non-refundable.

• Parties or events are not allowed without prior consent from the villa management.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are provided.

5. Liability

• The villa owner or management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or theft of personal belongings during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and security during the stay.

6. Force Majeure

The villa owner is not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, or other emergencies.

7. Pets

Pets are not allowed. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring pets. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance

• The villa will be cleaned before arrival and after departure. Additional cleaning during the stay can be arranged for a fee.
• Guests are expected to keep the villa tidy and dispose of trash properly.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected for booking purposes will be handled according to applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent except as necessary for the booking process.
